About Cortaris

A focused firm, not an agency and not a strategy boutique. We do three things: assess workflows, build them, run them. Every engagement is staffed senior. The people in the room design, build and stand behind the result.

Cortaris is built for that context: German-speaking, fluent in GDPR and the EU AI Act, at home in regulated operations.

Two to four people per engagement: a lead who owns the outcome, an engineer who builds, and depending on the workflow a data or integration specialist. The lead you meet in the first call is the lead on the engagement.
