Method

How we work

Cortaris is a young firm. We don't show logos we can't name. We show the method, what a first engagement produces, and how a workflow is kept under control.

01

One workflow at a time

We don't run programmes. We take one workflow, get it into production, and only then look at the next. It keeps scope honest, gives the business one owner to talk to, and produces a result inside a quarter instead of a roadmap for next year.

02

Production or nothing

A pilot that cannot write back to the system of record is a demo. We design for production from day one: integrations, permissions, logging, and the people who will run it. If a workflow cannot reach production under your constraints, the assessment says so.

03

Your stack, your code

We build in your cloud tenant, your repositories, your identity setup. No Cortaris platform, no licence, no resale margin. When we leave, everything stays and your team can run it.

04

Every agent has an owner and a control set

Before anything goes live: who in the business owns the output, what the agent may read and write, where a person has to look, what is logged, what happens when it is unsure. Written down, agreed with IT and compliance, tested in shadow mode.

05

We say what we don't do

So you can tell quickly whether we are the right firm.

  1. 01

No strategy decks without a concrete workflow attached

  2. 02

    No chatbots for your website

  3. 03

No prompt-engineering workshops as a product

  4. 04

    No six-month discovery phases

  5. 05

No invented references: we show method instead of logos until clients let us name them

  1. 01Day 30

    After 30 days

A ranked shortlist, baselines for the top three, and a fixed-price build scope for the first workflow.

  2. 02Day 60

    After 60 days

Target flow and control set agreed with IT and compliance. First agents running against test cases with the workflow owner.

  3. 03Day 90

    After 90 days

The workflow in shadow mode against live cases, acceptance numbers on the table, go-live decision scheduled.

Next step

Start with one workflow.

Bring the process that costs you the most time. In 30 minutes we tell you whether it is worth automating, roughly what it would take, and which step comes first.
