Agentic Workflow Design & Build
Design and implementation of integrated AI workflows with orchestration, system integration, and human oversight.
Why this service
What Cortaris solves with it
Workflows do not scale through models alone. They scale through design: clear flows, integrated systems, documented decisions, and controlled handoffs between humans and agents.
Who it is for
Best-fit context
For teams ready to redesign a specific workflow toward production.
Typical triggers
When this service makes sense
Design and implementation of integrated AI workflows with orchestration, system integration, and human oversight.
Manual handoffs
Slow cycle times
Weak quality assurance for AI outputs

Deliverables
Concrete deliverables
- Detailed workflow blueprint with data, system, and decision flow
- Agent or orchestration design including accountability logic
- Integration plan for relevant source and target systems
- Specified human-in-the-loop points with escalation paths
- Near-production implementation path with tests, logging, and rollout plan
Engagement model
How an engagement unfolds
- 01 · 3 to 4 weeksWorkflow design
Deep analysis of the workflow; target architecture, data flow, and control points are derived together.
- 02 · 6 to 10 weeksBuild
Iterative implementation with Cortaris engineering and your teams; production-grade tests and governance points are built in parallel.
- 03 · 2 to 4 weeksPilot to production
Limited live operation, targeted adjustments, handover to the line, and complete documentation.
Questions
Frequently asked
Do you build on our existing platforms or bring your own tools?
We are platform-neutral. If you have invested in Microsoft, Google, AWS, or specialized platforms, we integrate there. Custom builds happen only when economically justified.
How do you handle privacy and sensitive data?
We design along your security and privacy requirements, not against them. Data flows are documented and privacy reviews are part of the build.
How much internal involvement is required?
An engaged workflow owner, a clear IT architecture lead, and a governance stakeholder are mandatory. Deeper involvement materially accelerates the build.
What happens after go-live?
Optionally we take over Managed AI Workflow Optimization, or we hand over cleanly to your line with clear operating and KPI logic.
How do you collaborate with our IT and architects?
Cortaris involves IT and architecture leaders from day one. Platform decisions, data security, and integration patterns are shared rather than bolted on.
How is the engagement structured commercially?
Clear fixed-price or sprint models for strategy and assessment phases, time-and-material or fixed price for build, retainer for optimization. Scope and expectations are documented.
Which roles do we need to provide?
At minimum a workflow owner, an IT architecture lead, and a governance stakeholder. Sponsor and line leadership decide adoption.
