Questions
Frequently asked
Who should attend the sprint?
Typically CEO, COO, CIO, or CTO plus a business unit lead with clear value accountability. We extend the group to include risk, legal, or commercial leaders depending on focus.
How much executive time does the sprint require?
We plan three facilitated two-hour sessions plus short preparation interviews. The footprint is intentionally light.
What if the sprint concludes AI is not the right lever?
Then we say so explicitly. A clear 'not yet' with reasoning is a valuable outcome and prevents investments without substance.
Will we receive a specific implementation proposal?
Only if the sprint surfaces a fitting next step. Cortaris does not reflexively recommend the next service we sell.
How do you collaborate with our IT and architects?
Cortaris involves IT and architecture leaders from day one. Platform decisions, data security, and integration patterns are shared rather than bolted on.
How is the engagement structured commercially?
Clear fixed-price or sprint models for strategy and assessment phases, time-and-material or fixed price for build, retainer for optimization. Scope and expectations are documented.
Which roles do we need to provide?
At minimum a workflow owner, an IT architecture lead, and a governance stakeholder. Sponsor and line leadership decide adoption.
