Managed Run

Monitoring, refinement and a monthly KPI review for workflows in production, so they keep performing after go-live.

01Why

Agentic workflows degrade quietly

The input mix shifts, a supplier changes an invoice format, a model version is retired, the team stops trusting the drafts. Someone has to watch the numbers, fix what drifts, and report on it. Managed Run is that someone.

07Questions

Common questions

Do you only run workflows Cortaris built?
No. We take over workflows built by your team or another partner, after a two-to-three-week onboarding in which we document them and add the monitoring they lack.
How is Managed Run priced?
A monthly retainer per workflow, scaled to case volume and criticality. Term and notice period are agreed at onboarding.
What response times apply?
They are agreed at onboarding per severity. A workflow that stops releasing cases is treated as an incident, not a ticket.
Who owns the improvements?
You do. Everything we change lives in your repositories and is documented in your runbook.
How do you work with our IT?
IT is in the room from the first week: architecture, access, security. We build in your tenant, in your repositories, with your identity and access setup. Nothing runs outside your control.
What has to be in place on our side?
An executive sponsor, a workflow owner with time, and access to data and systems. Where one of the three is missing, we say so before we start.
Where are you based and where do you work?
Cortaris is based in Germany and works on site and remote across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the rest of Europe, in German or English.
