Workflow Build

One workflow taken from scope to production in 8 to 12 weeks: agents, integrations, human checkpoints, audit trail. On your stack, owned by your team.

01Why

The model is not the problem. The fifty decisions around it are.

What the agent may read, what it may write, when a person has to look, what gets logged, what happens when it is unsure. We make those decisions explicit, build them into the workflow and hand you a system your IT, your data protection officer and your auditors can live with.

02Typical triggers

When this service fits

  1. 01

A scoped workflow from the assessment or from your own analysis

  2. 02

A pilot that works in a notebook and has to work in the ERP

  3. 03

A backlog that grows faster than you can hire

03Scope

What the build covers

  1. 01

Target flow with your workflow owner

  2. 02

Agent and tool design: what each agent reads, does and writes

  3. 03

Integrations to your systems of record

  4. 04

    Human checkpoints and escalation paths

  5. 05

Audit log, monitoring and test set

  6. 06

Rollout to the team and handover

04Outcome

What is running at the end

  1. 01

A workflow that runs in production, not in a demo environment

  2. 02

Controls your IT security, data protection and works council can read

  3. 03

A team that knows how to operate and change the workflow

05Deliverables

What you receive

  1. 01

Target workflow step by step, with the decision points and who takes them

  2. 02

Working agents integrated with your systems, running in your cloud or tenant

  3. 03

Control set: risk class, read and write permissions, human checkpoints, escalation rules

  4. 04

Audit trail for every case the agent touched: inputs, sources, output, who released it

  5. 05

Test set and acceptance results agreed with the workflow owner before go-live

  6. 06

Runbook and handover: how to operate, adjust and switch it off

06Engagement model

How the engagement runs

  1. 01Weeks 1–2

    Design

Target flow, control points and integration list, agreed with the owner, IT and security.

  2. 02Weeks 3–8

    Build

Two-week iterations. Each one ends with the workflow owner testing real cases.

  3. 03Weeks 9–12

    Go-live

Shadow mode against live cases, then release with human checkpoints. Handover and runbook.

07Questions

Common questions

Which models and platforms do you use?
Whatever your IT has approved or is willing to approve. Typically Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or Google Cloud with standard orchestration frameworks. No Cortaris platform, no licence.
How is the price structured?
Fixed price per milestone: design, build, go-live. The price is in the build scope from the assessment. Scope changes are priced as changes, not absorbed silently.
What do you need from us?
A workflow owner with about two days a week, an IT counterpart for access and architecture, and a security or compliance contact for the control set. Without these three the build does not start.
How do you handle data protection and the EU AI Act?
The control set includes a risk classification per workflow, data-flow documentation, human oversight where it is required, and logging. We prepare the material your data protection officer and compliance function need. We do not give legal advice, and the final assessment stays with them.
What if the workflow fails acceptance?
Every build has a shadow phase against live cases with acceptance criteria agreed up front. If the workflow does not meet them, it does not go live. We say so and propose what to change.
How do you work with our IT?
IT is in the room from the first week: architecture, access, security. We build in your tenant, in your repositories, with your identity and access setup. Nothing runs outside your control.
What has to be in place on our side?
An executive sponsor, a workflow owner with time, and access to data and systems. Where one of the three is missing, we say so before we start.
Where are you based and where do you work?
Cortaris is based in Germany and works on site and remote across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the rest of Europe, in German or English.
